one meditation a day over the week or more depending on your rhythm.

The single meditation has the purpose to work on one
skill/emotion/goal. It is a great way to work on something that bothers you and
you want a deeper look or zoom on a problem or a feeling. I personally
recommend the “Eating”, “Morning Intentions” and “Gratitude”.
Sounds and landscape sounds
Tide plus offers a large library of landscape sounds,
songs and weather sounds. The user have the feature to mix 2 or 3 different
sounds and save it for meditations, naps, sleep or breathing exercise. It also has
few songs tune like jazz. Furthermore, the sounds library changes with the change
of seasons. Some sounds appear in summer like “Summer afternoon”. It has also
some original everyday sounds like the “Soda” sound which I love so much!
