First spice
Spices are the soul of food. I believe the brain needs spices to encourage our body to eat more food. As a mechanical engineer, my primary role is to understand the composition of machinery parts, how it works, the main problems, and the most cost-effecting solutions. Following this spirit, I began a journey of exploration and self-improvement. Whether in managing anxiety, learning tricks for healthy eating, or changing a career. I then believe that it always comes down to one thing: our mind and the way we perceive our surroundings. You can be the best performer. However, if your mind tells you, for whatever reasons, that you are deficient. You start to believe despite the results and facts. We tell ourselves many other tales about money, the global economy, health, or our own perceived self image. I think humanity crossed 2 ages in the last decade: the age of social media and the age of COVID. The speed that those 2 ages came by is astonishing, and our minds barely try to keep going with all those changes.
